College Fair Sponsor Form

11th Annual SERF College Fair – Saturday, March 16th, 2019

Where more than 1,200 high schoolers and adults, seminar speakers, colleges and gap year programs come together to value education.

Sponsorships are Tax-Deductible and bring innovative and enriching grants to Sudbury’s schools.

Sponsorship Levels:

Seminar Sponsor	Listed on prominent posters at 4 seminar room entrances Full-page ad in event booklet (7” x 5”) Placement of promotional give-aways into event bags Link from event website to sponsor website for one year	$1,000
Innovation Sponsor	Full-page ad in event booklet (7” x 5”) Placement of promotional give-aways into event bags Link from event website to sponsor website for six months	$500
Enrichment Sponsor	1/2-page ad in event booklet (3.5” x 5”) Placement of promotional give-aways into event bags Link from event website to sponsor website for six months	$250
Partner Sponsor	1/3-page ad in event booklet (2.5” x 5”) Placement of promotional give-aways into event bags Link from event website to sponsor website for three months	$150
Friend Sponsor	Listing in event booklet and website	$100

Ad Specifications:

Format: jpeg, png or other image file.

Tips: If a designed ad is not available, a company logo and text can be used to create an effective ad. Please contact us if assistance is needed.

Sponsorships can be secured by submitting the form below by 2/15/2019 (please submit form using a laptop or desktop computer).

Payment can be made via PayPal, or via checks made payable to SERF at PO Box 891, Sudbury, MA 01776.
